Registration Information

Withdrawal/cancellation and refund policy: We will refund 80% of the registration fee if we receive a written cancellation from the registrant up until 1 month before the event. After this deadline, no refunds are possible. Registrations can be transferred to another person, and we encourage registrants who cannot attend to do so, i.e. to send somebody else instead. In order to change the registration information, print badges etc., please inform us as soon as possible when you know about the need for a substitution.
