Registration Information

Payment
Payments can be made through the on-line payment option of Paypal. You can either pay by credit card or by your own paypal account. Non-paypal credit card payments will be processed in CAD$ with an exchange rate of 1.625.

Withdrawal/cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the congress secretariat, by fax at +31 570 544 699 or by e-mail at congres@key-cs.nl and will be subject to the following conditions:
- for cancellations received on or before 18 October 2010: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of Euro 30. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
- cancellations received after 18 October 2010: no refund will be made.

Name change
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the congress secretariat in writing on or before 22 November 2010. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site.

Multiple Registrations
Administrative assistants sometimes need to register multiple registrants. Note that you have to create ONE ACCOUNT PER PARTICIPANT, and register each participant separately (logout after each registration and login with a new user identity). It is not possible to register multiple participants with one user account, because our user database is also our participant database.

	Two half-day tours will be organised for partners and interested participants (note that this is concurrent to the scientific presentations). The lunches are included and the guide will speak English. Monday 29 November 2010 (10.30-14.00 hrs) Guided city tour through the old city of Maastricht, incl. lunch with specialties from the region. During this tour, the guide will show you the prettiest spots in the old city centre. Unknown stories and anecdotes will be told and facts will help you to relive the city's history. Tuesday 30 November 2010 (11.00 - 14.30 hrs) Céramique walk combined with a visit to the Bonnefantenmuseum and incl. lunch This tour will guide you through the famous area "Céramique" as well as through the Bonneanten Museum. Céramique is the name assigned to a hypermodern city quarter located to the east of the river Meuse. Renowned architects such as Coenen, Rossi, Siza and Botta designed buildings such as the Bonnemantenmuseum, a number of office blocks and the Centre Céramique. The Bonnefanten Museum is the famous museum of Old Masters and contemporary art.
