Guodong (Gordon) Gao is an assistant professor at the R.H. Smith School at the University of Maryland, College Park. His research focuses on the value of health IT and quality transparency. Professor Gao has published extensively in academic journals including Management Science, Information Systems Research, M&SOM, and Journal of Management Information Systems, as well as various conferences.
