Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE, www.jove.com) was founded in October 2006 as the first online journal devoted to video-publication of biological research. This new method of scientific publishing allows visualization of experimental studies consequently increasing reproducibility and efficiency of research in biological sciences.
